Daily maintenance of radial drilling machine
1. Clean the outside and dead corners of the machine radial drilling machine, remove and clean the cover plate, and require the inside and outside to be clean, rust-free, the paint should be of original color and the iron should be bright. Clean the slide surface and remove the burrs on the working surface. Check the complementarity of screws, handballs and hand plates, and check the flexibility and reliability of each handle.
2. Maintenance of the spindle feed box of the radial drilling machine: Check the oil quality, keep it in good condition, and the oil volume meets the requirements. Remove the burrs on the spindle taper hole. Clean the hydraulic transmission system, oil filter, and adjust the oil pressure.
3. Check the lifting mechanism of the radial drilling machine: Check and adjust whether the lifting mechanism and clamping mechanism are sensitive and reliable.
4. Check the lubrication system of the radial drilling machine: Cleaning the oil felt requires a complete oil cup, unobstructed oil circuit and bright oil window.
5. Check the cooling system of the radial drilling machine: clean the cooling pump, filter and coolant tank. Check the coolant pipeline to ensure that there is no water leakage.
