Operation Procedure Of Scraper

Nov 11, 2024

One person, one machine, four steps:
Loosening soil - loading - transport - dumping
1. Loosening soil
The bucket is set to the ideal depth and shovels up the soil to be transported.
2. Loading
The bucket is loaded with soil by the forward device. Depending on the size of the machine, the shoveling distance can be 25-40 meters. This process takes 24-40 seconds.
3. Transport
The bucket filled with soil is lifted up. The machine drives to the dumping site at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour.
4. Dumping
The soil is pushed out of the bucket through the hydraulic rear wall and emptied. There are several ways to stack it:
1) Spreading operation
The machine stacks the soil to the required thickness in a forward or rotating manner without causing obvious compaction by the crawler.
2) Bottom operation
Whether it is local or designated location operation, the maximum height of the soil dumped at one time can be up to 2 meters.
3) Slope operation.
The soil can be dumped directly on the slope.
4) Bulldozer operation
The bulldozer operation is particularly suitable for short-distance work such as road construction, land leveling and large-scale earthwork transfer.
Based on the introduction of foreign advanced technology, the active multifunctional crawler loader has implemented all-round technological innovation, focusing on the use of two-stage combustion low-pollution air-cooled engine technology, power shifting technology, and single-channel stable diversion steering technology. It not only realizes the technical innovation of the transmission structure and walking mode, but also realizes remote control within the visual range, greatly improving the working efficiency of the equipment. The successful development of the active loader is a new milestone in the history of loader development.
